Over the years, it brought me a healthy dose of laughter, inspiration, and discovery. Throughout my numerous blog visits, I would have probably bought some of the stuff I discovered. But here's the problem:. Which doesn't mean there isn't a way. If you're a serious user of the blog platform, you've probably asked yourself:. Well, I've got an answer for you. It's called Snipcart, and it'll allow you to add a shopping cart to Tumblr in two minutes. No, I'm not kidding.

Now paste the snippet of code you previously copied from your Snipcart dashboard:. Quit your editor and go back to your dashboard.

We would like to be able to sell from our tumblr store and imagine the best way to do this would be to add a shopify plugin which turns any site into a store. Up until now, we've been using shopify but would like to downgrade.
So now probably using a Wordpress based platform, we would like to adapt our current tumblr theme and use this as a blog store. The blog needs to be fast and able to work across all browsers and mobile devices.
This doesn't mean making a separate mobile site, but just bearing in mind that the blog should let look and function warped on mobile devices. Some of the changes include but are not limited to: Adapting the tumblr theme slightly to make it more of a store by adding some features from our old store's shopify theme. This will include moving the tumbler's domain name to our own domain name and DNS repointing.
