How old is emily from pretty wicked moms

J: What was your vision when you opened Swank and what has it become? E: I just wanted to open a little boutique that people would love. I wanted to carry the stuff I liked. I learned I had to put some sleeves on those halter-tops! J: What advice would you give to young entrepreneurs?

J: What is the most valuable lesson you have learned? E: To always put God first. My daddy taught me that long ago. It still remains the best advice ever. E: To settle. I never want to settle. I have so many other things to accomplish in life, so being told to settle for something is a waste of breath.

J: How did Pretty Wicked Moms come about? E: A friend of mine from Ole Miss put me in contact with the casting director of the show after being contacted several times about being on a reality show. I thought of several other mothers to participate as part of the cast and submitted them to the casting director. The casting director interviewed everyone and that is how we all came about! J: On episode 6, you, Pete and Amzie went to your hometown. You showed the world what a real country girl you were growing up and that you still hold tightly to those roots.

I know I have been ridiculed for my southern accent on a number of occasions. How do you view yourself when you see yourself on TV? E: I love watching myself on television! But people have made fun of my accent. I am confident in who I am and perhaps others should be a bit more true to who they are.

Press is press. E: Design and fashion. I am in the process of designing my own clothing line, along with Nicole Noles, called Haughty and Humble. We are, also, making a boot line called Snooty Bootie. E: I feel like I indulge everyday in life! However, if I had to pick something that is a guilty indulgence, it would be shoes. I love some nice shoes!

High heels and boots are the best! J: In your business, who is the type of customer you love? E: I love it when someone is open to suggestions.

I love nothing more than to see someone walk in and walk out so happy with a new look. It is therapeutic to them and me. Boulden, 32, replied that she wanted to turn her Atlanta clothing boutique, Swank, into a fashion powerhouse, and the next day, that dream fell into her lap in the form of a reality show.

She received a call from a college friend working in Los Angeles who asked if she wanted to participate in a new show. The Atlanta-based show is described as a glimpse into the cut-throat, crazy world of competitive mothering. Six feisty Atlanta mothers, who want to be the ultimate mom, will stop at nothing to one-up each other. Whether it's throwing extravagant birthday parties, devising a strict vegan diet for their 1-year-old or masterminding their baby's social climb to the top, there's no end to their plotting and scheming.

Boulden grew up in Philadelphia, where her family owns several businesses, including Williams Brothers general store. At Leake Acacdemy, she was a star basketball player and voted most beautiful. Boulden's team completed her senior year with a victory. He coached Emily in high school and her mother a generation before. She played on the only undefeated team I've ever had at Leake. She was really, really good. I moved her up in the ninth grade to the high school team.

It's probably the best team I've had since I've been in that league, and I've been in it a long time. They did a little part of the reality show there where she played basketball against her husband. There was some type of bet where if he won, she had to wash his truck, and if she won, she got a diamond necklace. During ballgames, she would try to do something that brought attention to herself, whether it was a shot or a pass, and in school she was like that.

So to be honest, it does not surprise me at all. I didn't know it would go as far as a realty show. No woman would put a business in front of their own child. She said it took her out of her comfort zone. Even though most of the show was filmed in Atlanta, some scenes were shot in Birmingham.

The show also allowed her to gain some friendships, according to her. These are what you call real high-quality home videos in my opinion. I do have that in the works.
