General Comment Firstly this is a classic Stone Roses song. As for the meaning I think there's a lot of Biblical stuff in there like in other Stone Roses songs. The lyrics tie in perfectly with its sister song Fools Gold. Plus possibly Waterfall. Just as is fools gold and plenty of other songs released by the roses. Same loop was used on one love also!
