A high powered blender works best for this. This is the one I have. Then simply strain it using a fine mesh strainer or a nut milk bag I love this one , pour over ice and enjoy!

With covid and being in a small town with little options accept Walmart produce and I hate Walmart… Or extremely over priced stores? Would I get the same nutrition from using some frozen and some fresh produce? I also plan to not remove pulp. I only made half to try, left in the pulp for fiber and full feeling. Added a bit of monk fruit for sweetener and a couple of baby carrots!!
